The Israel Defense Forces reported Sunday evening that they captured two terrorists armed with knives near the Judean community of Otniel in the southern Hevron Hills. Troops spotted the pair as they tried to infiltrate the community around 6:00 p.m.
Hevron Hills residents had reported the capture of one terrorist.
