Turkish sources report today that Qaddafi envoy Deputy FM Abed Al’Aiti Al’Abidi will arrive in Turkey to request assistance in reaching a cease-fire with rebel forces.
A government source said to the French news agency that both sides in Libya made the request of Turkey. The envoy Abed Al’Aiti Al’Abidi had discussions in Greece on Sunday.
