The BBC reported on Monday that highly radioactive water has been found for the first time outside one of the reactor buildings at Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant.
Officials said the leak occurred in a tunnel linked to reactor No. 2 and that it has raised fears of radioactive liquid seeping into the environment.
The officials noted that Plutonium had also been found in soil at the plant, but not at levels that threaten human health.
