President Shimon Peres will travel tomorrow to Switzerland and England for three days. He will devote his visit to political meetings, and will forward financial and scientific interests on behalf of Israel. He will also confer with Swiss President Michelin Calmy-Rey, and with top government officials.
He will also be a guest of the CERN Institute, and will descend 100 meters underground, to tour the International Particle Accelerator. Dozens of Israeli scientists are participating in the project.
Next, He will travel to London, and will meet PM David Cameron. President Peres is scheduled to deliver an address at an event commemorating 60 years of Israeli-British state relations. The affair will take place at the prestigious Royal Chatham House Institute for scientific debate and analysis.
