Jewish Music Group Rejects Israeli Money After Threat

A Jewish music organization in the United Kingdom has rejected funding from and Israeli group after threats of disruptions and protests. The Arts Music of Israel seminar is being organized by the Jewish Music Institute at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London. They have rejected a grant from the British Israeli Arts Training Scheme. 
Several groups threatened to protest the event including Jews for Boycotting Israeli Goods (J-BIG), British Committee for the Universities of Palestine (BRICUP) and the Boycott Israel Network (BIN). The groups continued to threaten to picket outside even after the rejection of the Israeli grant, according to the Jewish Chronicle.
