Japan Tsunami to Hurt Israeli Exports

Israeli companies which export to Japan could suffer some setbacks following the tsunami that hit Japan on Friday. The setback will likely affect large companies such as Iscar, Teva, optics company Orbotech, Comverse, and Dead Sea Works.

Economists speculated on Sunday that the earthquake and tsunami will cause a change in priorities for the Japanese, which would lead to dedicating 2011 to restoring the Japanese economy.
