Authorities in the United States arrested a 20-year-old citizen of Saudi Arabia Thursday on suspicion of planning an attempt on the life of former U.S. president George W. Bush.
The Justice Department said the Khalid Ali-M. Al-Dawasri entered the country in 2008 under a student visa and acquired chemicals and equipment to make an improvised explosive device.
