President Shimon Peres and twenty leaders of top high-tech companies in Israel held a press conference to launch a program to encourage Arabs and Jews in Israel to join together in the high-tech field.
Peres stated, "I see the necessity to reduce gaps in Israel. I call on young Arabs to participate in the initiative. It's a win-win situation. The Arab sector is good for the country, good for the economy and good for high-tech companies."
