Will Afghanistan be the next Muslim country to undergo revolution? Afghan president, Hamid Karzai, said Tuesday that a critical step in transferring security from international forces to local forces will begin on March 21. Karzai made the comments during a security related speech in Munich.
"We are determined to show leadership in Afghanistan during the period of transition," he said.
