Outgoing Lebanese Prime Minister Said Hariri made it clear Monday that his party will not join a government headed by a member of the Hizbullah. The move comes as President Michel Suleiman meets with the leaders of the various parties to try and establish a new government.

The Hizbullah announced Monday that it would like to establish a unity government if the group’s candidate for Prime Minister wins a parliamentary majority. The Hizbullah ministers resigned and overthrew the government earlier this month.
