The Knesset Committee on Aliyah, Absorption and the Diaspora will hear testimony on Tuesday which is expected to incriminate Dr. Bernhard Frank, a close aide to SS Commander Heinrich Himmler, who signed the first extermination orders for the Jews of Europe during the Holocaust.

The testimony will be presented by Jewish-American researcher Mark Gold who posed as a neo-Nazi researcher, to whom Frank confessed his actions during hundreds of interviews over a four-year span. Gold says Germany is prevented from taking legal action against the 97-year-old Frank. At the end of the hearing, the committee is scheduled to vote on seeking his extradition to Israel. Action is pending against Dr. Frank in the United States.
