Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told a Moscow news conference on Thursday that the Quartet of Middle East peace-broker nations (European Union, Russia, United Nations, United States) may meet in Munich in February to discuss the possibility of reviving diplomatic negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA). The meeting would take place on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
Lavrov said Israel, the PA and Arab League representatives should attend.
