A new poll of American citizens by the Saban Center has found that Republicans are significantly more pro-Israel than both Democrats and Independents.
When asked: "In its efforts to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, what side should the US take?"
46% of Republicans said Israel, compared to only 11% of Independents and 14% of Democrats.
