Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said on Thursday that a peace agreement does not guarantee the existence of peace, which is why he insists on security arrangements.

Speaking at a gathering of Likud activists, Netanyahu said: "Until we get a document from the Americans we can not move forward. The reality is complex and that is why there must be an explicit American commitment."
