The senior Hamas terrorist eliminated Friday morning in Hevron by the Israel Defense Forces was 33-year-old Nashat Carmi a former head of the group's terror activities in the city. While the Tulkarm native was on the wanted list since the August 31st murder of four Beit Chaggai Jews near Beni Na'im, it is known that he returned to terror for Hamas shortly after his release from prison in August 2009.
The other terrorist was 24-year-old Mamoun Natasha of Hevron, who was imprisoned for a few months in 2008 for Hamas activities. Six other terrorists were arrested Kaletschnikov rifles in their possession and turned over to security services for further investigation.
