Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, the spiritual leader of the Shas Sephardic hareidi party, told Shas Chairman Eli Yishai Tuesday morning that the party must oppose the continuation of the freeze on Jewish building in Judea and Samaria. "[We] must build in all [parts of] the land," the rabbi said.
The rabbi was responding to reports that he supported "a quiet freeze".
