Netanyahu Denies Submitting to US Pressure

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu (Likud) denied claims that he submitted to pressure from United States President Barack Obama last week in Washington and agreed to surrender territories to the American-backed Palestinian Authority. During a Likud faction meeting on Monday, Netanyahu denied that he caved in to Washington's demands and that he has "disappointed the commentators and prophesiers so far."
