The Peace Now group told the Supreme Court on Monday evening that it is asking that the houses of fallen soldiers Ro'i Klein and Eliraz Peretz not be destroyed. Peace Now Chairman Yariv Oppenheimer told Arutz Sheva's Hebrew service that the extreme-left group also opposes Defense Minister Ehud Barak's request that the court delay a decision on the matter by six months.

Referring to the Yovel neighborhood of the Samarian Jewish community of Eli, where Klein's home is located, as an outpost, Oppenheimer said his group understands the sentiments there and is willing to leave those two homes standing by themselves but the uprooting of the neighborhood should not be delayed.
