Judge Dia Ad-Din Al-Madhon of the Hamas government in Gaza has justified terror and fighting against Israel. In an interview posted Sunday on a Hamas website, the judge, who headed the legal staff that corresponded with the Goldstone commission on Operation Cast Lead, said the entrance of Israeli troops into Gaza did not meet the definition of self defense.
Judge Al-Madhon called the action "military actions in the framework of armed agression against the Palestinian people," which justified action against, according to international law, including the United Nations Charter. He said all Israeli attacks were war crimes under international law, saying there's no self defense against the Arab's self defense. It must be noted that Hamas sees all of the land of Israel as occupied territory which must be liberated by jihad, Islamic holy war.
