The leaders of the Eretz Yisrael Shelanu movement, Rabbi Dov Wolpe and Baruch Marzel, will be questioned by Jerusalem police Thursday evening, on suspicions that they have been promoting IDF soldiers to disobey orders. The investigation was prompted by Shai Nitzan, the assistant state prosecutor for special affairs, who claims that the two have been paying soldiers cash to persuade them to disobey orders to remove Jews from their homes in communities the government terms "illegal outposts."
In response, the two said that the interrogation was an example of "persecution by the leftist prosecutor's office."
