Dozens of archeological artifacts were stolen Tuesday night from the Ashdod Museum. Items from the exhibition had been stolen before and the robbers caught by the Robbery Prevention Unit of the Israel Antiquities Authority.
The Ashdod Museum has been displaying the exhibition, titled ironically “Stolen Treasures”, for the past four years and it has attracted a large audience.
