He made the comments at a special conference initiated by National Union MK Michael Ben-Ari and attended by Deputy Minister Ayub Kara, former Canadian Justice Minister Irwin Cotler, Shas MK Nissim Zeev and Arab MK Ibrahim Hijazi.
