Education Minister Gideon Saar will arrive in Shaarei Tikvah Thursday morning to lay the cornerstone for a new school that is to be built in the town.

Shaare Tikvah, in western Samaria, is subject to the government's building freeze, but the freeze does not apply to schools or public buildings.
