A crowd estimated at more than 3,000 people demonstrated in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday against the visit of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahamadinejad.

Joining human-rights activists in the demonstration were members of Zionist youth groups, representatives of Hillel and other Jewish students, members of the Brazilian Jewish community and others, assisted by the Jewish Agency and the World Zionist Organization.
