The Health Ministry announced on Sunday that 3,000 cases of the H1N1 swine-flu virus had been diagnosed in Israel. Eleven patients are being treated for the virus in intensive-care units around the country.
Health officials believe the numbers may be higher since not all the patients have undergone blood tests for the virus.
