15 Tapuach Residents Summoned for Shabak Interrogation

Fifteen residents of the Samarian Jewish community of Tapuach were summoned by the Shin Bet Israel Security Agency to talk to investigators at the Ariel police station to determine if there was a connection between bombings  attributed to the Right and a notebook recently received by the agency, which includes calls for hitting security forces and instructions for making bombs, according to a Tuesday report by Maariv/nrg.

Some of those summoned told the news service that they were told on the telephone by an investigator that they were not considered suspects in the bombings. The agent told those who went to Ariel that he wanted their help in identifying the people who produced notebook but they told him it was the first time they had seen it.

He later told them that the information might lead to those who planted an explosive device outside the home of Professor Ze'ev Sternhell, an outspoken critic of the Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria, among other incidents.
