WHO Report: Israel Life Span Among Highest

(IsraelNN.com) In the World Health Organization’s recently released World Health Statistics report, life expectancy in Israel was among the highest in the world with women living an average of 82 years and men 79 years. Japan was the highest for woman at 86 years, while men in the European country of San Marino registered an average life span of 81 years.

The West African country of Sierra Leone has the shortest life expectancy for men, 39 years, while Afghanistan ranked poorly for both men and women, demonstrating an average of 41 and 42 years respectively.
