Washington ordered all U.S. government officials who are visiting Sderot and the Gaza area to travel only in armored vehicles. This is out of concern for persistent Kassam rocket attacks.
“Sderot is like Iraq and Afghanistan for the Americans,” an IDF official told Army Radio.
