Three young men who were charged with incitement and rioting during the expulsion from Gaza will be put on trial, the Jerusalem District Court decided Wednesday. The three are the founders of the "National Home' movement, Shai Malka, Ariel Vangruber and Adiel Sharabani.

The movement organized a protest operation which involved blocking traffic on a major thoroughfare.

The court accepted the prosecution's position and overturned a decision by the Magistrates' Court to dismiss the charges against the three because other participants in the protest were not similarly charged.
