Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni was quick to jab Prime Minister Ehud Olmert Wednesday after his announcement that he would not run in the Kadima primaries, and said: "Olmert should have reached these conclusions six months ago."
She added: "His term in office will be remembered as a public mess and as a governmental farce."
