The government is conducting a shrill debate on the proposed committee of inquiry into the wiretaps conducted against Chaim Ramon. "The discussion is very bitter, fire and brimstone," a minister told Ynet Sunday.

"There is a very heated struggle between Friedmann's supporters and those of the Attorney General. It is a high-pitched argument," the minister said.
