Palestinian Authority Chairman and Fatah leader Mahmoud Abbas will visit Damascus to meet with Syrian officials on Sunday, acording to PA sources.

However, Abbas will not meet with Hamas terrorist chief Khaled Mashaal, head of the group's political bureau, who is based in the Syrian capital.
