American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will coordinate more talks between Israel and Palestinian Authority (PA) negotiators when they meet at a Berlin conference this week, officials said. The conference is being held to support revitalizing PA judicial, prison and police systems.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Aryeh Mekel played down the trilateral talks as routine. "This is not the first time," he said.
