(IsraelNN.com) Approximately 10,000 attended an Independence Day rally in Migron on Thursday afternoon, and organizers said more continued to arrive.  Organizers expressed satisfaction with attendance at the event, and said they were determined to fight any effort to uproot their community.

Migron is a community of 43 families located strategically overlooking the main Jerusalem-Samaria highway.  The government has informed the Supreme Court that it plans to destroy Migron by August in response to a lawsuit from Peace Now and local Palestinian Authority Arabs.
