A group of Etzion Brigade soldiers showed up at the Netzer outpost between Elazar and Alon Shvut in Gush Etzion and appeared to present an order declaring the area a closed military zone. The soldiers displayed the order to the local pioneers from a distance and claimed it was signed by the Etzion Brigade Commander, Col. Nir Salomon, residents told Arutz Sheva.

The residents asked the soldiers to hand them the order but the soldiers refused, claiming that it was a secret military document. They also refused to identify themselves.

"Col. Salomon and his soldiers are behaving like serial criminals who fear identification and punishment," the pioneers said.
