Arab terrorists resumed mortar and rocket attacks on the western Negev in the past hour, firing three mortar shells and two Kassam rockets, all of which exploded in open areas without causing injury or damage. In Judea and Samaria, rock throwing terrorists damaged Jewish vehicles north of Hevron and south of Efrat, without causing injuries. The attacks are meant to force drivers to lose control of their vehicles and cause them serious injury or death by a resulting accident.
