Initial Report Clears Killer of Rock Thrower
(IsraelNN.com) An initial investigation by police in Judea and Samaria indicates that the Yesha resident who shot and killed a rock-throwing terrorist Monday morning acted in self-defense. He was ambushed by Arabs near Neriah, placing him a life-threatening situation.
The resident fired in the air to scare off the rock throwers and then aimed at their legs when they continued to attack the vehicle.
