(IsraelNN.com) The Jerusalem Post has printed quoted from Palestinian Authority official Hatem Abdel Qader, the Jerusalem Affairs advisor to PA Prime Minister Salam Fayyad, confirming that Israel and the PA are currently negotiating over Jerusalem.  Talks are taking place “both openly and secretly,” Qader told the Post.

Qader said that negotiators are discussing both the eastern and western parts of the city.  There are Arabs who have property in west Jerusalem, he said, and the issue has come up in talks.  He insisted that the PA would not accept control over part of east Jerusalem without taking control of the entire area controlled by Jordan between 1948 and 1967.  “Our position is ‘Take it all or leave it,’” he said.
