Doctors lost the battle to save 8-year-old Osher Tuito's leg in the aftermath of a Kassam rocket attack Saturday night on Sderot; surgeons were forced to amputate Osher's left leg at the knee and are still fighting to save his other leg, which was also badly injured. Osher's 19-year-old brother Rami was also rushed in serious condition to Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon; his condition is now reportedly stable, but will require more surgery on his legs.
Their mother and 15-year-old brother were also hospitalized and treated for severe emotional shock after the barrage of five rockets was fired by terrorists from the Islamic Jihad's Al-Quds Brigades gang. At least 11 others were treated for shock as well.
