Egypt Warns Hamas to Get Terrorists Out of Sinai
(IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority sources quoted in the Jerusalem Post said Tuesday that Egyptian officials have warned Hamas to get its terrorists out of Sinai. Hundreds of armed Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists remain in Sinai and refuse to leave, they explained.
Egyptian authorities are “very serious” about the issue, PA officials said, and have warned Hamas to have the armed men back in Gaza by the weekend. Over 100 armed Gaza Arabs have been arrested in Sinai in the past week. Most had their weapons confiscated and were returned to Gaza.
