Shas MK Shlomo Benizri told Maariv newspaper that it is good that Israel does not have control over the Temple Mount.
"The Temple Mount is not in our hands," Benizri was quoted as saying, referring to the famous declaration in 1967 of the Paratroopers that liberated the mount and declared "The Temple Mount is in our hands!"
