US President George W. Bush will be forced to travel by car to visit with Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah Thursday morning.

Plans to transport the president in a helicopter fizzled with the heavy fog that rolled in along with rain throughout the country.

Israel Police announced the following streets will be closed for the motorcade:  King David, King Solomon, Chaim Bar-Lev, Sayeret Duchifat, Uzi Narkiss Bridge and the Hizme crossing.
