Israel filed a complaint with the United Nations on Tuesday after two Katyusha rockets were fired from Lebanon on the northern town of Shlomi early on Tuesday morning.  The rocket fire was a severe violation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701, which ended the Second Lebanon War, Israel said.

Israeli officials called on the Lebanese government and the UN forces in Lebanon to take action in light of the attacks.  Defense Minister Ehud Barak said that Israel would not react to the attacks at this time.
