Defense Minister Ehud Barak says Israel will not respond to the two Katyusha rockets that were fired at northern Israel from Lebanon Tuesday morning.

Barak said that the attack was "grave," but said he would not change the "status quo" in the north and would study the incident with the IDF and then "think and consider how to proceed."
