Paul Wolfowitz, the ousted World Bank chairman who advised turning over Gush Katif structures to the Palestinian Authority (PA), has been named head of a committee to advise American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on international security and disarmament.
Wolfowitz worked closely with then Vice Prime Minister Shimon Peres and succeeded in buying Gush Katif farmers' greenhouses to help Arabs boost their economy. Most of the structures were turned into terrorist training grounds.
