Secondary School Teachers’ Association activists are planning two public events as a way to demonstrate support for their cause and explain an ongoing school strike to the general public. The group is planning a rally in Tel Aviv on Monday. Thousands of teachers, students, parents, and public officials are expected to participate.
Dozens of other teachers are marching from the Hof HaCarmel school to Tel Aviv, under the slogan “Marching for Israel.” The teachers’ march will last for four days, and will end in Tel Aviv’s Rabin square.
