Arab Newspaper: PM Okayed Jerusalem as Arab Capital

(IsraelNN.com) The Arab newspaper Al Hayat Al Jadeeda quoted unnamed Palestinian Authority (PA) sources Monday morning that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert told PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas he would agree to Jerusalem being the capital of a new Arab state.
Abbas reportedly made the claim to American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice when they met in Ramallah last week.
