Security forces have arrested a 25-year-old Hamas terrorist on charges of planning attacks against Israeli tourists in Jordan. Ha’ader Shakir was taken into custody in Ramallah approximately six weeks ago, revealed security sources Tuesday on Voice of Israel government radio.
Sources said that Shakir was arrested by Jordanian police and transferred to Palestinian Authority-controlled Judea and Samaria through the security fence. Shakir is a member of the Jordanian branch of Hamas.
