Four Arab men from the A-Ram neighborhood in Jerusalem were indicted on charges of financially supporting terror organizations. They are accused of receiving at least 1 million NIS from “The Justice Fund”, Hamas’ Saudi-based financial wing, and transferring it to Hamas accounts in Jerusalem where it could be used to fund terror activity. The indictment listed both the receiving and transferring of the funds, which are both illegal under Israeli law.



Jerusalem’s Regional Court allowed the information to be published at the prosecutor’s request. The indictments are the culmination of a complex investigation launched by Shin Bet and the Jerusalem Police.
