Terrorists are freely bringing arms and ammunition at the Egyptian-Gaza Rafiah crossing, which no longer is supervised by Fatah officials, according to senior military and intelligence personnel.

Similar arms traffic was reported along the Philadelphi route. Terrorists formerly had to smuggle weapons and money through the border but now can transport them without fear of interference.
